Established since 1965, Ong Teng Chong Building Contractor is registered with the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA). Currently, our businesses are largely based in Singapore, focusing on industrial and commercial construction projects.We have expertise in refurbishing old offices, plant & warehouse transformation, additions & alterations and building reconstruction. We also provide general building maintenance repairs and civil engineering expertise such as road and drainage works.

In addition, we can provide assistance for budgetary forecasts and project management to ease your planning needs.

Every project will be closely monitored by our experienced project managers, who will be your main point of contact. Placing a huge emphasis on workplace safety, we strive for zero accident, while at the same time delivering trusted products and services.

Tee Lam Seng Operational Manager
Broadly experienced and resourceful in both interior and exterior building works. Responsible for the day-to-day resource planning and work allocation.

  • Maintain awareness of on-going building contracts
  • Identify, analyse & respond to commercial risks

Interior Designer
  • Design & renovate internal spaces, including structural alterations, furnishings, fittings, lighting and colour schemes
  • Ensure work progress at site is done according to approved/accepted designs & plans
  • Good grasp of clients’ needs and illustrate them into designs acceptable by clients
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, designs and models using computer aided software such as Autocad & 3D Max studio
  • Efficient & good functional use of spaces with an understanding for aesthetics
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in the design industry
  • Any other works as assigned by superior
